The IMEI number is a reference number unique to every mobile phone device in the world.

It may be 15 digits or 17 digits long, but on our order form, we only require the first 15 digits (not including any decimal points).

There are two ways to find out your phone's IMEI number:

1. It is displayed on the screen when you type * # 0 6 # on the device (this is the best method because the number is always correct)
2. It is displayed on the phones original packaging (this number can change however and the above method is best)
